At Pandore.me, we try to make sure that our customers get the products ordered by them in top condition without any defects. So you can enjoy complete satisfaction along with the impeccable level of service. That’s why we believe you have every right to have your product checked, and, if needed, replaced.

If any problem occurs, please notify us within 7 Days of purchase. However, If the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, you should immediately notify us within 24 hours WhatsApp at 0326 3594749 so that we can take action immediately.
Things You Should Know Before Claiming Returns
- Customers have to send the item back to our warehouse after the acknowledgment of our customer service
- Customer have to send item via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Replacement Or Return policy is valid for situations/circumstances given below:
- Damaged or Defective Product – If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, customers can request a replacement or return within 7 hours of delivery.
- Wrong Product Received – If the customer receives a different product than what was ordered, they are eligible for a replacement or return.

- Size or Color Mismatch – If the product received is of a different size or color than what was selected, customers can request an exchange (if applicable).
